Bullying is one of the greatest challenges faced by youth, leading to unsafe schools, the marginalization of diverse students and suicide. Punishing the students involved generally makes it worse. Experience the Solution Team® response to bullying, under which an educator brings together a team of students to solve a bullying situation. Participate in creating a typical scenario and watch as we engage student empathy to end the bullying of one of their peers. A doctoral study in 2010 showed that Solution Team resolves bullying situations in 80% to 90% of cases, making it one of the most effective anti-bullying interventions ever.
