Katherine Dinh is the head of Prospect Sierra School in El Cerrito, California. She has spent her entire career in education, as a teacher, department chair, principal, school founder, and head of school. She serves on a number of local and national school and educational boards. Katherine was co-founder and teacher at a public charter school in Boston, and as an evacuee of Hurricane Katrina, she founded and directed a temporary school in Houston for displaced students called New Orleans Academy of Houston (NOAH). An immigrant of Vietnam, she now lives in the Bay Area with her husband and son.
